Meditation will meet Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning at 7am as well as Friday and Saturday evening (for a 10th Step Meditation), following the banquet and speaker.

How Do I Sign Up for Yoga/Meditation?

The yoga group will meet on Friday and Saturday at 11:00 AM.

Please remember to bring your own mat!

Both meditation and yoga will be located on the 2nd floor of Club Tower. Just follow the signs.
